Who is responsible?

What do we use your details for?

When you contact us by email, WhatsApp or the order form, we use the name, company, email address, optional phone number, delivery country, order lines and notes you choose to send to answer your request, discuss availability and prepare a quotation. This is necessary to respond to your request and, where relevant, to take steps before a business contract. If an order is agreed, we also retain the information needed to perform it and meet applicable legal obligations.

The order form sends its contents to our business email through an email delivery provider. It does not take payment or automatically accept an order. We do not ask you to send sensitive personal information in the notes.

Who receives it and how long do we keep it?

The providers used to operate our business email, messaging and website may process data as service providers. Information may also be disclosed when required by law. Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to answer and follow up the request; records connected to an order are kept for the periods required by applicable commercial and tax law.

Cloudflare hosts this website; Resend sends order-form messages; Google Workspace receives our business email.

If you choose WhatsApp, that service also processes information under its own privacy policy. You may use email instead.

Your rights

You may request access to your personal data, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to its processing where the law provides these rights. Write to export@mivanspain.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
